Call for Proposals: BC Family Medicine Ecosystem Mapping & Engagement

The BC College of Family Physicians (BCCFP) and BC Family Doctors are seeking an experienced consultant and facilitator to lead the development of a BC Family Medicine Ecosystem Tool.

The goal is to help our members - family physicians, residents and medical students across BC - better navigate the family medicine landscape by creating greater clarity around the role each organization plays within the ecosystem.

We're looking for a consultant with demonstrated experience in:

• Culturally safe and inclusive engagement
• Multi-stakeholder facilitation
• Systems thinking and ecosystem mapping
• Health system or primary care collaboration
• Building consensus across diverse groups

This work will bring together physician leaders and key operational staff from various organizations to recommend a tool that will better support ecosystem understanding and navigation.

Proposals are due on July 31, 2026.
