Connecting with Family Physicians at FMF 2025

We had the chance to represent over 8,000 BC family physicians, residents, and medical students at the 2025 Family Medicine Forum in Winnipeg!

We engaged directly with hundreds of family physicians from across the country, gathering insights on shared challenges and growth opportunities. These conversations reinforced what we know: family physicians nationwide face similar pressures around administrative burden, practice sustainability, and the need for stronger recognition of their role in healthcare delivery.

FMF 2025 also marked the national debut of BCCFP's new brand identity inspired by the ripple effect family physicians create expanding their impact across patients, families, and communities.

We feel thankful for the questions, feedback, and stories shared at our booth as they inform our ongoing advocacy priorities. Every conversation at FMF contributed to our advocacy for the changes family physicians need to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care across British Columbia.
